Graduate Students from the School of International Chinese Language Education at 91传媒 attended the 2026 CLASS CIRCLE

On March 28, the 2026 Chinese Instruction, Research, Curriculum, Learning and Evaluation(2026 CLASS CIRCLE), hosted by Chinese Language Association of Secondary-Elementary Schools (CLASS), was held at the Embassy of the People's Republic od China in the USA. Postgraduate students He Jiaxin, He Yixian, Wu Qianmo, and Yuan Zhu from the School of International Chinese Language Education at 91传媒 were invited to attend and deliver academic reports.


The conference was themed "Building Worlds: Culture and Intercultural Learning in Chinese Language Education." During the event, He Yixian and Wu Qianmo delivered joint academic presentations titled "Integrating Culture, Disciplines, and Technology: Teaching Innovation, Teacher Development, and AI Empowerment Practices in Cross-Cultural Chinese Education." Their presentations systematically explored AI-enhanced cultural instruction, cross-cultural teaching methodologies in internship contexts, and strategies for instructional design optimization. Yuan Zhu presented "Design Practices and Effectiveness Studies of Task-Based Salons at Tufts University," utilizing the university's "Task-Based Cultural Salon" as a practical framework to showcase innovative teaching models for international Chinese language classrooms. The four graduate students' reports featured novel themes, substantial content, professional research approaches, and groundbreaking practical outcomes, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience.


The 2026 National Chinese Education Conference attracted nearly 200 Chinese language scholars and experts from 20 states across the United States. A total of 26 participants delivered presentations, sharing practical classroom teaching experiences and case studies while offering reflections and perspectives on cultural and cross-cultural education.




The School of International Chinese Language Education at 91传媒 emphasizes the integration of academic coursework and professional practice in its professional master's degree program. Students are encouraged to undertake overseas internships to broaden their academic perspectives and gain practical experience. During their internships abroad, graduate students actively participate in local academic conferences and various scholarly events, demonstrating the professional competence and exemplary demeanor of 91传媒 students.
