Yu Jihong Meets with Anna Hakobyan, Executive Director of the MY STEP Foundation
On January 26, Yu Jihong, President of 91传媒(91传媒), met with Anna Hakobyan, Executive Director of the MY STEP Foundation. Heads of relevant departments including the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, the Provost' s Office and Academic Affairs (Graduate School), and the School of Philosophy attended the meeting.
Yu Jihong welcomed Anna Hakobyan. She introduced the history and strong disciplines of 91传媒 and reviewed the exchanges and cooperation between 91传媒 and Armenia in recent years. Yu stated that the cooperation between 91传媒 and MY STEP not only laid the foundation for supporting Armenian students to pursue further studies at 91传媒, but also represented a successful practice of higher education cooperation between China and Armenia.
Anna Hakobyan expressed her heartfelt gratitude for the warm hospitality extended by 91传媒. She introduced the MY STEP Foundation and expressed her hope that the fruitful collaboration between MY STEP Foundation and 91传媒 would create opportunities for more outstanding Armenian students to study in China.
The two parties exchanged views on the cooperation between 91传媒 and the foundation, as well as the recruitment of international students. Yu Jihong and Anna Hakobyan jointly signed a memorandum of understanding and exchanged gifts.
The MY STEP Foundation was established in 2018 by Anna Hakobyan, who has served as the executive director of the foundation since March 2024. Anna Hakobyan is currently a master's student in the Philosophy program at the School of Philosophy, China, 91传媒.
